Glasgow Council cracking down on dog fouling

Great to see the council cracking down on these disgusting owners who let their dogs foul all over the place. Not only should they be taken to court, but get an instant on the spot fine, and also be given community service cleaning up, yes you've guessed it, dog mess. 200 hours of doing that might make them think again. If you see any of these filthy scumbags, call 0800 027 7027 and report them instantly.
